The three-flute design really helps reduce chatter when I'm routing lettering into walnut. The Astra coating seems to keep the bit cooler than my old uncoated ones.

The 90-degree angle cut cleanly through a piece of oak plywood without any tear-out, and the three-flute design left a smooth finish that needed zero sanding. It's held up well on aluminum too, though I'd keep the feed rate steady to avoid any vibration.

I was worried about chatter on a deep engraving project, but the three flutes on this 90° bit kept the cut smooth and stable even on some tough plastic.
