45° 三刃 V型溝刀 x 直徑3/8吋 – AstraHP鍍層 – Bits&Bits (425-375-VG45)

The three flutes leave a much cleaner finish than the two-flute bits I've used before, especially on plywood where tear-out is always a problem. Cuts through aluminum sheet without any chatter, and the 45° point makes crisp corners on sign lettering every time.

I was a little nervous about trying a V-groove bit on aluminum, but the 45-degree angle and three flutes handled it beautifully without any chattering. The cut on some poplar lettering came out so clean I didn’t even need to sand the edges.

The 45° angle cuts crisp, clean lines in pine without any tear-out, and the three-flute design makes the finish noticeably smoother than my old two-flute bit. It did take a couple passes to get the depth dialed in for my sign work, but once set, it holds an edge well.
