I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly this bit cut through some oak trim—the 3-flute design left a much cleaner finish than my old 2-flute bits. It handled the aluminum test piece without any chattering too.

The 60-degree angle cuts crisp, clean lines in hardwood without any tearing. I was surprised how smoothly the three flutes handled a tight signage detail on some oak. Definitely a step up from standard two-flute bits for fine V-grooving.

I’d been looking for a bit that wouldn’t chip the edges on softer aluminum, and this one cut through smoothly with no tearing. The 60° angle is perfect for crisp, shallow details on small signs.
