8° 鳩尾榫路由器銑刀 x 1/2″ 直徑 – Whiteside D8-500

The carbide is holding up great on hard maple—cuts clean and fits perfectly in my Leigh jig. I’ve already run a few test joints without any tear-out.

The 8° angle matched my Leigh #80 setup perfectly, so the pins came out snug without any fiddling. The 1/2" shank runs smooth and true in my router table, and the cut edges are clean enough that I skipped sanding entirely.

I’ve been using this bit with my Leigh jig for a few weeks now, and the 8° angle cuts a really clean dovetail without any tear-out. The 1/2-inch diameter is a nice balance between removing material fast and keeping the joints tight. It’s become my go-to for drawer boxes.
