18° 鳩尾榫銑刀 直徑1/2″ – Whiteside D18-50 (AstraHP塗層)

Cutting dovetails in hard maple came out glass-smooth with zero tear-out on the 3/8" depth pass. The AstraHP coating definitely helps the bit slide through the cut without any burning, even on the second dozen joints.

Used this bit for my first set of half-blind dovetails and the Astra coating made chip-out almost nonexistent on the walnut. The 1/4 shank ran smoothly at 14,000 RPM without any vibration. Really pleased with how clean the 3/8 depth cut came out.

Installed a set of drawer fronts using this bit and the Astra coating really helped it glide through the maple without any burning. The 1/2″ diameter cut a clean, snug joint that fit together perfectly on the first try.
