.019 Ball End Mill – 2 Flute

The two flutes clear chips really well when I'm cutting tight radii in aluminum, way less clogging than my old 4-flute bits. The 1/8" shank fits my trim router perfectly with no wobble. Held a sharp edge through a whole batch of small parts.

Picked this up for cutting small rounded flutes in walnut and the solid carbide holds an edge way longer than the HSS bits I was burning through. The 1/8" shank fits my trim router collet perfectly, no wobble at all.

That .019" tip cuts curves way smoother than the flat end mills I was using before. Running it in my 1/8" collet on some walnut for a rounded edge profile and it left almost no sanding to do. Two flutes clear the chips fine at moderate feed.
