.011 Ball End Mill – 2 Flute

That .011 tip is tiny but it cuts clean radii in my walnut inlays without any chatter. Two flutes clear chips well enough that I'm not stopping to blow out the cut every few seconds. Solid carbide too, so it's held an edge through a whole weekend of parts.

That .011 tip is tiny but it cuts clean curves in walnut without any chatter. The 2-flute design clears chips well, and the 1/8 shank fits my router collet perfectly. Ran it slow at 18k rpm and got glassy edges on a small relief carve.

I picked this up for carving fine curved details in walnut and the ball tip leaves a much smoother radius than my old flat mill. The 2 flute design clears chips well at the speeds I run on my little CNC. Solid carbide too, so it hasn't dulled yet.
