This bit is perfect for softening sharp edges on cabinet doors and the AstraHP coating made it slide through oak without any burning marks. Really glad I went with this rather than a standard steel bit; it’s holding up nicely.

I’ve put this bit through a full day of cabinet work and the AstraHP coating really keeps the edge from loading up, even on maple. The 1/16″ radius gives a clean, consistent roundover that needs almost no sanding afterward. Couldn’t ask for a crisper finish on my moldings.

Finally got around to using this on some oak cabinet doors and the coated edge held up through a dozen passes without any burning or buildup. The 1/16″ radius is perfect for that soft, hand-friendly edge on furniture pieces. Cuts clean on both hardwood and plastic trim alike.
