Finally a 1.5mm end mill that doesn’t flex when you need that 16mm reach into a deep pocket; the relief grind keeps the shaft clear so it plunges without drama. Cuts clean and holds up in aluminum, and the extra length means I’m not swapping tools every other part.

The relief grind after the flutes is a game changer—I can plunge straight down without the shaft rubbing, which keeps the cut clean at that 16mm reach. Solid carbide holds up nicely on stainless, no chatter so far.

The relief grind on the shank really does let me get into deeper pockets without any rubbing. Works great on aluminum, though I wish the flutes were just a hair longer for finishing passes.
