1.8mm Metric Square End Mill

The 1.8mm diameter is tiny but the solid carbide doesn’t flex at all — it cut clean square slots in my last job without any chatter. Two flutes clear the chips well enough that I didn’t have to stop and clear the flutes mid-pass.

Cutting aluminum with this end mill was a breeze—the 2 flute design cleared chips well and left a clean finish on the bottom of the slot. Helped me make precise 1.8mm grooves for a small fixture without chatter.

For detailed work in brass, this 1.8mm square end mill leaves a beautifully flat floor in pockets. The solid carbide feels precise and hasn't shown any chipping after several small slotting passes.
