2.5mm Metric Ball End Mill

The two-flute design really clears chips well when I’m profiling a rounded slot, and the micrograin carbide holds its edge better than the cheap bits I threw away last month. The 2.5mm ball tip cut a clean, consistent radius on my aluminum test piece. I’ve already ordered a second one.

I needed a precise radius for a 3D contour in some aluminum, and this 2-flute micrograin carbide cutter left a surface finish that barely needed any sanding. It held up through the whole pass without chattering, which was a pleasant surprise for the price.

The 2.5mm ball nose tip glided through a curved pocket in brass without any chatter, and the two-flute design cleared chips cleanly at a decent feed rate. For the price, the micrograin carbide held its edge surprisingly well through a full run.
