1.9mm Metric Square End Mill

Just what I needed for cleaning up tiny slots in aluminum—the 1.9mm diameter is spot on for these small parts. The carbide felt strong and cut cleanly without any chatter, even at moderate speeds.

Cut some precise 1.9mm pockets in brass today with this 2 flute end mill, and the finish was so clean I barely needed any deburring. The micrograin carbide holds an edge well even at my modest hobbyist speeds.

I needed a clean slot in some aluminum for a jig, and this little 1.9mm carbide cutter left a finish so smooth I didn't have to deburr it. The two flutes cleared chips well at a moderate feed rate, which was a relief for such a small tool.
