90° 2枚刃 Vグルーブビット – AstraHPコーティング – Bits&Bits (425-VG90)

The coating on this bit really helps with chip evacuation when cutting acrylic—I didn't get any melting or chipping on a test piece. Clean, crisp V-grooves on pine too, and it held up well through about a dozen passes.

The AstraHP coating has held up nicely across a few acrylic and aluminum test cuts, with clean chip flow and no gumming. I’m impressed by how crisp the letter edges come out at depth, even at moderate feed rates.

The 90-degree point is sharp right out of the box—it left clean, crisp lettering in acrylic on my first pass without any chattering. I’ve also used it on soft aluminum and it handled that fine too, though I had to slow down a bit. Definitely worth the money for a hobbyist like me.
