30° 2枚刃V溝ビット – AstraHPコーティング – Bits&Bits (425-VG30)

I’ve been using this bit for lettering on brass nameplates and the v-groove comes out sharp with no burrs to clean up. The AstraHP coating seems to keep it from loading up even on acrylic, which I wasn’t expecting. Cuts wood like butter too, so it’s become my go-to for most engraving jobs.

I was nervous about chattering on aluminum, but the AstraHP coating kept the cut smooth and clean on my first try. The sharp 30° point made lettering in brass crisp without any burrs to clean up afterward.

The 425 cut through acrylic like butter in my CNC, leaving a polished edge with no melting. That AstraHP coating really seems to reduce friction compared to standard bits I've used.
