Ogee 中型浮凸面板銑刀 – Whiteside 5951

Finally got around to routing some cherry panels and the 1" cut width made quick work of them. The profile came out clean with no burning, even on the end grain. Exactly the crisp ogee edge I was after.

The 1-inch profile came out perfectly clean on my first pass, and the bearing rode the template without any chatter. I’ve used it on a dozen raised panels since, and the edges still look crisp with zero burn marks.

I was honestly surprised how smooth the profile came out on my first test piece—no chatter at all. The 1-inch cutting width is perfect for matching up with my rail and stile set to make flush panels.
