中型凸面板後切刀 – Whiteside 5850

Finally got around to installing this on my rail and stile set, and the raised panel seated perfectly flush in the door groove. The cutter’s profile matches the existing bits exactly, so I didn’t have to fiddle with shims or re-setup.

Took a chance on this panel back cutter and it cleaned up the fit perfectly—the precision of the cut is noticeably better than my old bit. No more struggling to get panels seated into the frame.
