3/16″ 奧吉圓角修邊刀 – Whiteside 3214 (AstraHP塗層)

The AstraHP coating really does its job—I ran it through a dozen feet of hard maple and the bit still looks brand new, no burn marks at all. The profile came out crisp and consistent right down the board, exactly what I wanted for some custom crown molding.

I’ve been running this through some hard maple and the ogee fillet it cuts is glass-smooth right out of the box, no burning or tear-out. The AstraHP coating is definitely doing its job—a few passes in and the bit still looks brand new. Exactly the profile I needed for some window trim.

Cut a clean ogee profile on some red oak trim and the bit left a glass-smooth finish with zero burning, even at a moderate feed rate. The coating seems to help with heat buildup, though I wish the cutting edge held its sharpness a bit longer on harder woods. Solid bit for decorative molding work ove
