觸覺雕刻刀 1/8 x 1-1/2″

The 30 degree tip leaves clean edges on the raised letters, way less sanding needed after. Solid carbide holds up fine through a full sheet of acrylic without dulling.

Swapped out my old cutter for this 30 degree one and the difference on raised letters is night and day — clean edges on the tactile symbols with almost no sanding after. The 1/8 shank fit my router collet perfectly, no wobble at all.

Been cutting ADA tactile letters for years and this carbide bit finally stopped the chipping I used to get on the edges. The .010 tip is thin enough to get into the tight corners of the raised symbols without dragging. Solid piece, no complaints.
