.109 Square End Mill – 2 Flute

Bought this for cutting small pockets in aluminum and the 1/8" shank fits my trim router collet perfectly. Two flutes clear chips way better than the 4-flute I was using before. Cuts clean and hasn't dulled after a few hours of use.

The .109 tip is perfect for squaring up the corners of small slots in aluminum. Two flutes clear chips way better than the four flute I was using before, so I'm not stopping to blow out the cut every pass. Runout on my router was basically zero right out of the tube.

Picked these up for milling small pockets and the square end holds a nice sharp corner on the floor. The .109 tip is a touch undersized from a true 7/64, but it cuts clean in aluminum and the 1/8 shank chucks up tight with no runout. Two flutes clear chips well enough on light passes.
