1/4吋小型導向圓角成型路由器位元 – Whiteside 1982

The bearing rides so smoothly that the rounded edge came out glass-smooth on my first try, even on a scrap piece of oak. This bit’s small 1/4-inch size is perfect for those tight corners where my bigger roundover just can’t reach.

I was a bit skeptical about how clean the edge would come out on small pieces, but the pilot on this bit tracked perfectly and left a smooth, consistent roundover every time.

The integral pilot rides along the edge smoothly, so I didn’t have to fight to keep the cut steady on a small oak piece. It left a rounded profile that needed almost no sanding afterward, which is exactly what I wanted for this project.
