3/4吋凹弧銑刀 x 1/2吋柄 – Whiteside 1807 (AstraHP塗層)

The AstraHP coating really does its job—the bit pushed through a dozen oak passes without any gumming, and the cove came out glass-smooth. That 1/2-inch shank gives it rock-solid stability in the router table, too. It’s pricey, but I’m not swapping it out anytime soon.

Used this bit for some cherry cabinet trim, and the AstraHP coating really helped prevent pitch buildup on the carbide. The 3/4-inch cove came out glass-smooth with no burning, even at a moderate feed rate.

Cut a set of cove details in maple for a cabinet build and the 1/2-inch shank felt rock solid in the collet, zero chatter even on deeper passes. Edge stayed sharp through the whole run and the coves came out glassy smooth with barely any sanding needed.
