1/8 x 1-1/2 Ball End Mill with a .060 cutting tip, made of Solid Carbide. For a slightly smaller tip size in the same length, compare it to the .055 ball end mill. Need more flutes for your application, compare it to the .060 ball end mill in the 4-flute version.

Ball End Mills have a round tip used to machine curved details, also called Ball Nose End Mills, they are used for milling rounded slots, slopes, and machining 2D/3D dimensional contours with a smooth finish. Great for milling into all types of material including, wood, plastic, metal. etc. Use uncoated end mills for general purpose milling and short production runs. Use coated end mills for demanding, high-speed jobs in tougher materials as well as for longer production runs. They’re more wear resistant than uncoated end mills. Made in the USA.

Abigail K. ★★★★★

I picked this up for some fine detail work in aluminum and the solid carbide holds an edge way longer than the cheap HSS bits I used to burn through. The 1/8 shank drops right into my trim router, and the 2 flutes clear chips nicely without clogging.

The .060 tip gets into tight corners my bigger bits can't reach, and being solid carbide it holds an edge way longer than the cheap ones I used to burn through. Running it in a 1/8 shank collet on hardwood, and the two flutes clear chips fine if I don't push the feed too hard.

Amelia S. ★★★★★

Cutting aluminum on my little CNC router, this bit leaves the smoothest rounded pockets I've gotten so far. The 2-flute design clears chips really well and the solid carbide hasn't dulled after a dozen parts.
