Hogged out a walnut serving tray and this bit never once chattered, even at the depth passes I was nervous about. The 1/4 inch corner radius leaves that soft inside curve that's a pain to sand by hand, so it saved me a ton of cleanup. The 1/2 inch shank felt solid in the collet too.
