The relief grind behind the flutes is the real win here, no rubbing or chatter even when I'm buried deep in a slot. Carbide this small usually snaps on me, but the 1/8 shank feels solid in the collet and the .005 tip cut clean.

That 1.9mm reach got me into a pocket I couldn't touch with any of my standard-length cutters, and the relief grind behind the flutes kept it from rubbing. It's a fragile little thing at .005, so I run it slow, but it's held up fine through a couple dozen passes.

I needed to cut some deep 0.005" slots in aluminum and the 1.9mm reach on this actually got me there without rubbing the shank. Runout on my 1/8" collet was basically zero, and the square tip left clean corners. For the price I'll grab a couple spares.
