That 3-1/4 inch diameter makes short work of panel doors in one pass, and the profile comes out glass-smooth on oak and maple. I've already run it through a dozen panels and the cut edges still look like they came off a jointer.

That 3-1/4″ diameter makes a huge difference on wide stock—the panel profile comes out clean in one pass without any burning, even on hard maple. The two cutting wings balance the load nicely, so there's no chatter to fight on the router table.

Finally got the chance to test this on some red oak and the two cutting wings left a super smooth finish right out of the box. Saves me so much time sanding compared to my old bit.
