0.8mm メトリック ロングリーチ ボールエンドミル – リーチ12mm

I needed to clean up some tight internal radii on a small mold cavity, and this 0.8mm ball end mill with its 12mm reach got to every spot without any interference. The carbide holds up well even at higher speeds—no chipping after several passes in tool steel.

The relief grind really lets you plunge deeper without worrying about the shank hitting the workpiece. I was able to open up a tight slot with this 0.8mm ball that my shorter bits just couldn't manage. It's a solid little cutter.

Those 12mm of reach made all the difference for a deep pocket I was milling—the relief grind after the flutes meant I never had to worry about the shaft rubbing. Cuts clean and crisp even at that length.
