1/2インチシャンク グルージョイント ルータービット – Whiteside 3354 (AstraHPコーティング)

The 1/2-inch shank fits perfectly in my router and the AstraHP coating really seems to help the bit slide through hardwood without gumming up. I've run about 40 feet of poplar so far and the glue joints are still tight and clean.

Cut a series of glue joints on some maple boards and the bit left a perfectly clean, tight-fitting slot each time. The 1/2-inch shank runs smooth with no vibration, even at higher speeds.

Got this to replace a dull bit and the 1/2-inch shank locks in my router with zero wobble, and the AstraHP coating seems to keep the glue joint edges clean so far, even on oak. Cuts smooth, no burn marks on the first few test pieces, which is more than I can say for my old one.
