Tスロットルータービット 1-3/16インチ – Whiteside 3075

I needed to cut a 1/2″ deep slot in some hard maple, and this bit handled it without any burning or chatter.

The cut quality on some 1/2″ birch plywood is genuinely flawless—zero chip-out along the edges, even with a fast feed rate. I’ve used a cheaper bit before and this one’s 1-3/16″ diameter leaves a slot that’s dead-on consistent from start to finish.

Needed a bit of fiddling to get the depth dialed in on my first pass, but once I did, the 1-3/16-inch diameter cut those T-slots perfectly smooth with zero tear-out along the edges.
