1/4″ プランジラウンドオーバービット x 1/2″シャンク – AstraHPコーティング – Whiteside (2056)

Running this along walnut, the AstraHP coating really kept heat down and the cut stayed clean through the whole pass. The 1/2-inch shank gave it solid grip in the collet with zero chatter.

Cut a perfect roundover on some cherry yesterday with this bit and it left a glass-smooth finish right out of the package. The AstraHP coating really does seem to reduce burning, even on slower passes.

I have been using this bit on some oak trim and the 1/2-inch shank gives it a really solid feel with no vibration at all. The cut edge came out glassy smooth right from the first pass.
