1.0mm Metric Ball End Mill

Had been struggling with chatter on a small mold cavity until I swapped to this 1.0mm ball end mill—the two-flute design clears chips beautifully and the micrograin carbide holds an edge. Finished the radiused slot in one pass with noticeably less vibration.

The 1mm ball nose cut through the aluminum prototype like butter, leaving a perfectly smooth radius on the inside corner. The carbide feels rigid and doesn't chatter at all, even during a deep pass.

The 1.0mm tip is exactly as precise as I needed for those tight rounded slots, and the micrograin carbide feels solid in the holder. Two flutes cut clean on aluminum without any chatter, so it's earned a permanent spot in my setup.
