The .022 tip is tiny but holds up great on 2D contour passes in aluminum. Two flutes clear chips way better than the four flute I used before, and the finish on rounded slots came out clean.

I picked this up for milling curved slots in aluminum and the .022 tip gets into tight radii my bigger bits can't touch. Two flutes clear chips well enough that I'm not stopping to blow out the cut every pass. Finish on the slopes came out smoother than I expected for such a small cutter.

The rounded tip on this 2 flute leaves a really clean finish on curved slots in aluminum. I've been running it at a slower feed to keep the .022 tip from chipping, and so far it's holding an edge nicely.
