Drawer Pull Router Bit – Whiteside 6024

Finally got this bit dialed in on my router table and the cuts on red oak are glass-smooth. The 1-1/2 inch cutting depth made short work of a full set of cabinet doors without any burning. Exactly the clean, precise profile I needed for a pro look.

Ran a few test passes on some scrap maple and the bearing-guided cut was perfectly smooth with zero tear-out. This bit makes the finger pull profile look crisp and professional without any secondary sanding needed.

Finally got around to testing this on some maple offcuts, and the bearing-guided depth control made the finger pull profile come out perfectly consistent on every pass. Cuts clean enough that I didn't even need to sand the inside of the pull before assembly.
