Whiteside #10 Countersink Bit

The cut is impressively clean, no chipping or tear-out even in some gnarly grain. I’ve been using it for pilot holes and screws on a few projects, and the countersink depth stays consistent every time.

First time using a dedicated countersink bit and the 82-degree angle left my screw heads perfectly flush with the plywood surface. The machining is precise enough that I didn’t get the tear-out I used to fight with a standard drill bit.

Used this for some cabinet hinges and the countersink depth was consistent across a dozen holes. The carbide tip is still sharp after the whole job, which I appreciate.
